Tulipp (hereinafter “the Platform”, “the Service” or “Tulipp”) is a service operated by:
By registering on Tulipp, accessing the Platform, or using any of its features, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “the Terms”). If you do not agree with any of their provisions, you must refrain from using the Service.
Tulipp is a digital job search platform that helps users manage and optimise their job application process. Its features include, among others:
Tulipp operates on a freemium model: a set of features is available free of charge (Free Plan), and additional features are available through a paid subscription (Pro Plan), as described in section 5.
The Service is available in English. Tulipp reserves the right to add or modify available languages at any time.
To use Tulipp you must:
By creating an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at [contact email pending].
Tulipp reserves the right to decline registration or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.
By using Tulipp, you agree not to:
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your account, without entitlement to a refund of any amounts paid.
The Free Plan provides access to a limited set of Platform features, as described on Tulipp’s pricing page. No payment details are required. Tulipp may modify the features included in the Free Plan at any time with reasonable prior notice.
The Pro Plan provides access to advanced features through a paid subscription. Pricing is as follows:
Prices include applicable VAT where required. Tulipp reserves the right to modify prices with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Price changes will not affect the billing period already in progress at the time of the announcement.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Tulipp does not store credit card or payment information. By entering your payment details, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual), unless the user cancels before the renewal date. You will receive an advance notice by email before each annual renewal.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you will retain access to the Pro Plan until that date and no further charges will be made. No cancellation fees apply.
Waiver of the right of withdrawal (European Union users):
In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, when subscribing to the Pro Plan, you expressly request that access to the digital service features begins immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge and accept that, by initiating the provision of the service before that period ends, you lose your right of withdrawal. This waiver is formalised by checking the corresponding box during the payment process.
General refund policy:
Once a subscription has been initiated, no refunds — partial or total — are issued for the current billing period, unless required by mandatory applicable law. Cancellation of the subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the period already paid for.
Tulipp uses artificial intelligence technologies to provide analysis, suggestions, and improvements based on the user’s CV and professional profile content.
By using these features, you:
Tulipp is not responsible for decisions made by employers based on content generated or suggested by the Platform’s AI systems.
You retain full ownership of the data and content you upload to the Platform (CV, profile data, job search preferences, etc.) at all times.
By uploading content to Tulipp, you grant Federico Segarra Garcia-Vela, trading as Tulipp, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the duration necessary to provide the Service, to store, process, and use such content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform’s features (including job matching and AI-powered analysis).
This licence terminates when you delete the relevant content or close your account, at which point Tulipp will delete your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload the content you provide and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
